The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies, and be proficient in Jira and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration. Hyperion experience is not required but a plus for this role. The first major initiative will involve the implementation of an AWS Cloud Contact Center platform, followed by ongoing support for various PMO-led projects. Required Skills: 16+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. Hands-on experience in developing and documenting operational processes, functions and procedures. Experience leading end-to-end implementation of new requirements, process changes and improvements requested by Stakeholders/business (5) Years Exp providing go-live, continuous improvement, business support and proactive engagement with planning functions to facilitate business requirements. (Required) (5) Years Experience in application configuration, governance and strategy as well as the implementation of business change requests. (Required) (5) Years Experience in call/contact center business solution development. (Required) Proven track record in application development, compliance, and infrastructure projects. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS. Familiarity with contact center technologies or implementations. Exposure to public sector environments.
