Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of consulting experience, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm. Prior work in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred. Proven track record of delivering strategic projects in fast-paced, complex environments. 5+ years working in Excel Skills: Exceptional ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. Advanced proficiency in building polished, executive-level deck presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Office). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
