Lead sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming sessions. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal audit standards. Track product performance and make data-driven decisions to refine strategy. Act as a subject matter expert in banking processes and digital transformation. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in the banking/financial services industry. Strong understanding of banking operations, digital banking, or core banking platforms. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Excellent skills in gathering requirements, writing user stories, and managing backlogs. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. Preferred: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification. Experience in regulatory/compliance projects, digital product modernization, or banking APIs.
