Escalate in timely manner when necessary Represent team in various call such as release change control and other project meetings. Support team as mentor, however lead pro-actively when needed Bring best delivery practices to team Lean thinking and minimize waste Provide Data driven recommendations and status reports to project leader Skills: 8+ yrs. of experience as a seasoned Scrum Master and/ or project manager Experienced in working as a Scrum Master or project manager on projects with Data background (Data Warehouse/ ETL/ Business Intelligence) Experience working in an agile delivery model Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and provide outputs Analytical and data driven mindset Good communication skills Good to have PM or Scrum Master certification JIRA skill preferred Thanks and Have a Great Day!....
