Must have heavy interaction with technical and business (product) stakeholders for this highly visible global project. Must have 8-10 yrs +/- of experience Can be Remote working EST/CST time zone hours Should have relevant certifications (any> ie PMP, PO/PM, CSPO, CSM, CBAP, etc) Must have significant LEAD experience as a BA, BSA, or BA/PO, or Product Analyst The Domain is Group Insurance so experience with Supplemental Health, Voluntary Benefits, Property & Casualty insurance preferred. Will also consider Banking or Healthcare institutions. Must have Agile SAFe/ Scaled Agile Must have omni-channel Contact Centerexperience MIRO or similar group collaboration tool is required Type-A Personality, superb communication, and inquisitive mindset is managers goal!
