Job Description -
Update: This project is a GLOBAL modernization project of Contact Centerso Mgr will prioritize experience with CRMs like Amazon Connect, Salesforce
Lead experience should include data flows and process workflows !!!
Must have heavy interaction with technical and business (product) stakeholders for this highly visible global project.
Must have 8-10 yrs +/- of experience
Can be Remote working EST/CST time zone hours
Should have relevant certifications (any> ie PMP, PO/PM, CSPO, CSM, CBAP, etc)
Must have significant LEAD experience as a BA, BSA, or BA/PO, or Product Analyst
The Domain is Group Insurance so experience with Supplemental Health, Voluntary Benefits, Property & Casualty insurance preferred. Will also consider Banking or Healthcare institutions.
Must have Agile SAFe/ Scaled Agile
Must have omni-channel Contact Centerexperience
MIRO or similar group collaboration tool is required
Type-A Personality, superb communication, and inquisitive mindset is managers goal!
