JD Candidate has to closely work with client to understand the business functionality and should be able to interpret it in to functional specifications. Candidate should possess very good analytical skill and should be able to understand the process flow and trouble shoot the application process to determine the root cause of user reported L3 issues. She/He should be able to coordinate with various Citi internal team to fulfill various system upgrades and server migrations She/he should communicate the external clients of Citi to understand/establish various connectivity and data flow between Citi and their down streams Candidate should have expertise in programming skills to work on the enhancements of the legacy system He/she should have the understanding/experience in release management including packaging/buildng/deploying and handling configuration management tools Candidate may have to take the initiatives in automation by learning Citi proposed automation tools and apply/implement in the project.
