Industry Experience: Oil & Gas experience Need must Your Skills & Experience: Experience with a distributed delivery model, leading diverse teams, and collaborating in a multi-cultural environment IT experience in leading high performing teams in Agile/Scrum/SAFe constructs in consulting environment Strategic and forward-thinking with a deep understanding of and thought leadership in technology, project-delivery, and one or more industry verticals Demonstrated experience navigating a large organization, showcasing the ability to influence with storytelling and data Comfortable presenting to C-level executives as well as senior business and technology leaders Knowledge of client context and client engagement guidelines including organizational sensitivities to consistently look for new solutions Demonstrated ability in defining, evolving and executing Agile maturity assessments; deep exposure to various frameworks on engineering/agile maturity frameworks Summary: These individuals will be responsible for project managing major workstreams within a large-scale transformation program, which encompasses two primary areas: (1) overhauling the processes, data, and technology underpinning the clients energy trading and supply operations, and (2) designing and implementing an enterprise data platform that supports specialized data domains such as pricing, volumes, risk, finance, and accounting each with its own complex data products and stores. These two core workstreams are part of a broader transformation initiative that also includes business change management, system integration, data migration, controls, and compliance all essential components of a program of this magnitude. The client is undertaking this transformation for the first time in approximately 15 years, making it a significant and far-reaching endeavor. The complexity arises from the intricate nature of the trading and risk management (TRM) domain, the scale and global footprint of the client organization, the involvement of multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams, a multi-vendor delivery model, and the use of a hybrid agile methodology. The technology landscape being introduced is modern and represents a substantial shift for the client.
