This role will focus on operational and editorial analysis contributing to the rollout of new tools, workflows, and data-driven decision-making processes. About the Opportunity: Key Responsibilities Conduct deep operational analysis across editorial and technical workflows. Map current processes and identify inefficiencies and duplication of efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders from field operations to senior executives. Develop data stories and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Support the rollout of newsroom tools and workflows through 2026. Work closely with program leads and project managers to define and track KPIs. Participate in hybrid Agile/Waterfall project environments using JIRA. Shadow operations and translate observations into functional requirements. Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in media Strong skills in process mapping, data storytelling, and presentation building. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with Tableau. Comfortable working in Agile/Waterfall hybrid environments and using JIRA. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior leadership. Self-starter with the ability to ask smart questions and work independently. Experience in business transformation or operational efficiency projects is a plus. Media industry experience or technical aptitude to understand media workflows preferred.
