This role will be instrumental in providing L1 and support, driving system improvements, and leading ERP-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational workflows, business needs, and system goals. Analyze and document current processes and identify improvement opportunities using Dynamics GP and Business Central. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and workflows for ERP solutions. System Configuration & Functional Support Configure and maintain modules in both Dynamics GP and Dynamics 365 Business Central, such as Financials, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, HR, and Payroll. Align system configurations with business requirements and compliance standards. Administer user access, security roles, and permissions across both platforms. Implementation, Integration & Upgrades Assist in or lead ERP implementation projects, migrations, or system upgrades involving GP and/or Business Central. Support data migration and integrity efforts when transitioning from GP to Business Central. Collaborate with developers and technical teams to support system integrations (e.g., CRM, payroll systems, third-party add-ons). Technical Skills & Tools Working knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, and ERP data structures. Familiarity with add-ons and extensions in both GP and Business Central. Understanding of API integrations, workflows, and cloud/on-premise deployment models.
