Equivalent work experience may substitute for the educational requirement. | REQUIRED SKILLS | A minimum of 5 years of Business Process Analysis and systems analysis is required. | Proficiency in process mapping/modeling with tools such as Visio is required. | Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, required. | Proficiency in writing SQL Queries and performing Data Analysis is required. | Experience working with Microsoft DevOps is highly desired. | Technical Experience (programming or operations) working in IBM Mainframe, Distributed, and Cloud computing environments is highly desired. | Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code, is desired. | Knowledge of data migration is desired. | Knowledge of change and release management is desired. | Knowledge of testing and quality assurance tools and techniques is desired. | Preference will be given to candidates with agile project experience and use of Azure DevOps to manage user requirements and backlogs. | JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILILITIES (KSAS) | Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) | Business Analysis: Skill in performing detailed research, business analysis, as-is and to-be analysis, process modeling. Use of software tools is required and include, but are not limited to, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Visio. | System Analysis & Design: Skill in performing System Analysis & Design using a variety of modeling methodologies and techniques. | Facilitation: Ability to expertly facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders. | Technical Understanding: Technical knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure and software development practices and techniques. | Project Management: Knowledge of State of Florida Project Management Rule 60GG-1.
