Hands on Experience to Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity, IP Phones, CUBE, Voice Gateway, Jabber, Webex, SAML, LDAP, SSO, Expressway, etc Hands on Experience to Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Cisco UCCE, Webex CC, Webex DI, Teams Calling, Webex, etc Hands on Experience of installation of Cisco UCS servers, ESXI, CUCM, CUBE and Cisco IP Telephony components. Excellent understanding of protocols like Analog, Digital, SIP and H323, routing protocols, SNMP, MPLS, SRV, DNS, certificates, etc. Ensure that response time and resolution time objectives are met as defined in the SLA. Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Telephony and networking problems.
