Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Network Security Cloud Architect to join our team onsite at Roseland, NJ or Alpharetta, GA for a 6-month engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in network security architecture, engineering, and design in complex, large-scale enterprise environments. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain advanced network security architectures and solutions. Provide expert guidance in the deployment of state-of-the-art network and application delivery systems. Develop secure solutions for virtual networks, datacenters, and enterprise campuses. Architect and support technologies including firewalls, proxies, VPNs, NAC, load balancers, and CDNs. Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to define and deliver strategic network solutions. Lead network and security design for infrastructure supporting 5,000+ employees. Create comprehensive technical documentation and network diagrams. Provide mentorship and leadership within the engineering team through complex technology transformations. Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Network Security Architecture, Design, and Engineering. Proven experience in large enterprise environments (minimum 5,000 employees). Expertise in network security technologies: Firewall, Proxy, VPN, NAC, Load Balancing, CDN. Strong hands-on experience with virtual networks, datacenter networking, and cloud-based security models. Deep understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MP-BGP, VXLAN, and EVPN. Demonstrated success working with multi-vendor networking technologies. Strong proficiency in network architecture, design, security, and monitoring. Effective communicator with strong documentation skills. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred Skills: Background in zero-trust networking and secure cloud enablement. Certification(s) such as CCIE, CISSP, or AWS/Azure Security Architect are desirable. Additional Information: Candidate must be able to work onsite in either Roseland, NJ or Alpharetta, GA.
