Analyze large, diverse datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights that inform business strategies. Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model validation, and performance tuning. Implement scalable data pipelines and integrate AI/ML models into production environments. Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance methodologies and innovation. Communicate findings and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non technical audiences. Support the development of AI governance, ethical frameworks, and compliance standards within the organization. Work closely on Address Management Data Help develop multi pass logic, analyze the address data, looking for machine learning opportunities to refine and gain confidence on address matching Qualifications: Proven experience (10+ years) in AI, machine learning, and data science roles. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit learn. Strong expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, natural language processing (NLP). Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments. Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and bias mitigation techniques. Familiarity with DevOps, MLOps practices and MLOps tools. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Pyspark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Ability to work with structured and unstructured data, and knowledge of data engineering concepts. Excellent problem solving skills, creativity, and a data driven mindset. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
