Analyze current reconciliation workflows, identify automation opportunities, and document business requirements, configuration decisions, and process diagrams. Develop training materials and guide ERS staff on system use and maintenance. Minimum Candidate Characteristics: 10 years of experience in system or data analysis, evaluating and reverse engineering business processes. Experienced in identifying alternative system solutions and analyses to support system selection. 8 years of experience in accounting or finance.Supporting functions related to investment operations, reporting, or system integration. 6 years of experience with ERP or specialized financial systems (Related to investment operations and reconciliation). Experience with a TX State Agency. Exceptional Candidate Characteristics: Experience with strategic analysis or planning methods. Business capability mapping, process modeling, or enterprise analysis.
