The role will be responsible to design and build analytics, reports, dashboards by engaging the business and the CRM team. The role requires an advanced understanding of Einstein Analytics, analytics concepts, and the Salesforce platform to design impactful and supportable solutions that meets the business objectives. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document their business processes, data, and reporting needs. Analyze and document data definitions, sources, limitations and priorities. Design impactful, attractive, compelling solutions using Salesforce CRM Einstein Analytics. Architect data and transformation processes including dataflows and datasets, as well as create dashboard. Understand the impact of existing system architecture, dataflows, and network constraints and design solutions optimized. Develop the dataflows, dashboards, and associated assets utilizing Einstein Analytics, the Salesforce platform, and related technologies. Partner with application developers and system owners to extract and load data relevant for the solution. Perform QA and deployments following best practices. Skill and Experience Requirements Serve as solution consultant required to perform hands-on delivery of Einstein Analytics reports and dashboards. Experience with analyzing and visualizing large volumes and multi-tenant of data using CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM). Experience with crafting and managing dataflows/recipes and setting up Tableau CRM apps, datasets, Sharing, and Security predicates. Experience with building/maintaining dashboards and working with bindings, connect data sources from other Salesforce and non-Salesforce Systems. Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce: Sales and Service Objects and their relationships in Salesforce. Strong knowledge of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling and data access security controls. Experience in designing, building, and support/troubleshooting of CRM Analytics Dashboards, Lens, Datasets, Dataflows including the implementation of enterprise level security. Advanced experience on Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL) and deep understanding of JSON. Nice to have skills and experience Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture and security model. Solid understanding of Einstein Discovery, trend, comparison and predictive modelling. Salesforce certification or Einstein Analytics Accreditation.
