The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating Agile delivery processes, coaching team members on Scrum principles, and ensuring continuous improvement and timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions. Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Columbia, SC Duration: 12+ Months Employment Type: Contract Candidate Requirements: Open to nationwide candidates, relocation at candidate's expense Need genuine profile with linkdin /DL- Responsibilities: Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure the team adheres to Scrum framework and Agile best practices. Promote continuous improvement through regular feedback and retrospective sessions. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support timely and quality delivery. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues clearly and effectively to stakeholders. Assist in the integration of hybrid project management approaches (Agile combined with Waterfall when needed). Required Skills (Ranked in Order of Importance): Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Minimum 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps. Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices. Proven ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with Agile project management tools. General conceptual understanding of programming and database querying. Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall project environments. Preferred Skills (Ranked in Order of Importance): Deeper conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying. Agile certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Government project experience (preferred but not required).
