Develop a deep understanding of partner and channel use cases to drive success outcomes. Lead prototyping and early ideation of new product features in collaboration with the UX Design team. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction. Work closely with engineering teams to build high quality products that address market challenges. Support and mentor a team of product managers in their respective areas. Assume product ownership and accountability for partner satisfaction and product adoption. Translate complex problems into clear, actionable requirements and provide effective solutions. Develop multi-mode communications to convey a clear understanding of diverse audience needs. Promote collaborative efforts across teams and influence stakeholders both inside and outside your team. Qualifications To be successful in this role you: Have a Bachelors Degree in CS or other technical field. Have 8+ years of experience in core product management Have Se rviceNow Platform knowledge and experience Are expected to be highly data-driven with commitment to drive the engagement towards business outcome and value realization Should be hands-on, comfortable diving into complex issues and lead from the front with sleeves rolled up. Are a problem-solver who isnt afraid to get their hands dirty Are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead with vision, ensuring that solutions not only meet immediate needs but are also scalable and adaptable for future use. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair sessions, host webinars and influence exec leadership Have experience defining andcapturingfunctional productrequirementsand use cases.
