This role focuses on building intuitive and powerful user interfaces that support both predictive maintenance and Industrial IoT (IIoT) use cases across multiple industrial sites and assets. The ideal candidate combines strong UX principles with hands-on Grafana expertise. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and deploy Grafana dashboards that visualize telemetry data, machine learning predictions, and asset performance. Create in Grafana navigable UI structures (menus, filters) to support plant, site, and asset-level navigation. Users should be able to select different time ranges, drill down into specific time windows, and add or remove data points of interest to tailor the dashboard views to their operational needs. Setup Grafana for automated reports that highlight key indicators and trends, ensuring actionable information is delivered to users on a regular basis. Set up Grafana alerting mechanisms and email notifications to proactively inform stakeholders of anomalies or critical events and instantly point to the relevant data. Participate in user workshops and feedback sessions to refine dashboards and ensure they meet operational needs. Ensure all visualizations and configurations are version-controlled, backed up, and well-documented for maintainability. Assist in user training and support to ensure effective interpretation and usage of dashboards and reports.
