This role demands strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of telecom billing frameworks. Role & Responsibilities Act as the SME for telecom billing and settlement processes, ensuring domain accuracy and relevance. Analyze business requirements related to billing, interconnect agreements, and financial settlements. Translate complex telecom scenarios into clear business and functional specifications. Collaborate with cross functional teams including product owners, developers, and QA to ensure solution alignment. Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and root cause investigations for reconciliation discrepancies. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and walkthroughs to gather and validate requirements. Provide domain training and mentorship to junior analysts and team members. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Comp. Sc, Telecommunications, , or related field. 1015 years of experience in business analysis or SME roles, with a strong focus on telecom billing and settlements. In depth understanding of telecom billing systems, rating, mediation, and settlement processes. Proven ability to articulate complex business scenarios and logic to diverse audiences.
