Please only submit candidates who meet the mandatory skills/experience below: AWS Lex V2 (Chat/Chatbots) Hands-on experience migrating from Lex V1 to Lex V2. Must understand chatbot frameworks, chat integrations, and enterprise-level deployments of chat capabilities (not just surface-level exposure). Agile Product Owner 5+ years of Agile Scrum experience as a Product Owner. Strong background in backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, prioritization, and leading Agile teams to deliver digital products. Must show proven delivery results. Web Applications / Digital Platforms Familiarity with modern web app design and digital platforms, including the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Candidate should understand how front-end and back-end chat capabilities connect, even if they arent coding. Additional Skills Needed: (Submitted candidates need at least 2 of the below). Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript (not required, but a plus). Experience with tools such as Rally, Figma, Glassbox, and Medallia. Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) strongly preferred.
