Please find the below job role and let me know your interest on the same Job title - Lead IBM BPM/BAW Consultants Location - RICHFIELD, MN Duration 6+ month Job Description- This Resource with support IBM BPM/BAW BPM Enhancements for Wealth Management and Personal Trust Business applications to accommodate for increase in traffic from recent merger. Application team will re-design and increase capacity and functionality for the platform. Resource will focus on IBM BPM/BAW re-design and development and assist in coordination of offshore team (4-6 offshore members). They will provide hands on development and design of IBM BPM/BAW. Skills Target: 10+ years of experience modeling processes using IBM BPM Process Designer, Integration, Implementing UCAs, Ajax, Generic System Services. Strong hands on experience with Process Designer, BPDs and Coach Framework as a Front End technology. Strong hands on experience with Process Modules, SCA modules and various bindings, Mediation modules, libraries, message handing, error handling, Human Tasks, BO, SDO, Business Rules Strong hands on core Java/J2EE/XML development and with SOA (REST and/or SOAP) implementation.3 Strong hands on experience with REST/SOAP to consume complex enterprise interface solutions. Strong hands on experience with applying governance model, managing releases/ change cycles. Strong hands on experience with CI/CD experience, knowledge of ALM tools Git, Jenkins, Ansible, UrbanCode and other deployment tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of business users and technical resources. Strong hands on experience working with designers in creating wireframes & mockups. Good to have knowledge on with DB[SQL Server/Oracle] Programming experience. Good to have knowledge of Java/J2EE. Good to have knowledge of Banking & Financial Services domain. Good to have Agile Experience.
