Must have experience with automation tools as they must be able to send and retrieve information through HTTP APIs, write data to SQL and cloud storage, and report to logging and monitoring aggregation tools. Candidate will use their customer service skills and troubleshooting skills along with DevOps best practices provide excellent customer service to the engineering teams. This will include support desk rotations and administration of engineering productivity tools such as SSO authentication services, Github, Slack and the Atlassian suite along with other tools. **One full week on rotation for on-call needs; this happens once every five weeks (along with their normal work week) depending on the week they could be asked to respond and support minimal time-consuming issues or perhaps a large event where they make up time/take off time during normal hours.** Required Skills: 2-3 years experience with: --DevOps operations at a customer facing organization --Maintaining cloud infrastructure including CI/CD pipelines, container platforms and databases --Extracting and aggregating reporting data from SQL or NoSQL databases --Log aggregation or cloud monitoring tools (Splunk, Papertrail, ELK stack, Prometheus/Loki, Greylog, etc) Preferred/nice to have skills: --Experience building Slack-Bots --Administration of Atlassian suite --Experience with helm charts for third party software --Experience with production-level Python and Golang --Terraform Thanks & regards, Muskan Technical Recruiter 571-463-9089 EXT- 341|Email: [email protected] LARGETON INC.
