Duration: -12 Months Location: - Richmond, VA Hybrid schedule- 4 days onsite, 1 remote (locals only) Visa: - All but no H1B/OPT/CPT EXPERIENCE AROUND 4-5 YEARS Responsibilities: Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights. Utilize Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports. Developing visual reports, key performance indicators (KPI) scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop. Analyzing data and present data through reports that aid in decision-making. Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish. Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models. Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations. Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence. Excellent communication skills must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the client teams, and with internal teams. Required Skills: 3 Years - Experience In Data-Specific Roles 3 Years - Must have SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases 3 Years - Must have experience with Power BI 3 Years - Understanding of the Microsoft BI stack 3 Years - Solid debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills 3 Years - Ability to work cross team and collaborate with others Strong written and verbal communication skills. Desired Skills: 3 Years - Experience with cloud technologies.
