The ideal candidate will bring deep technical proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), NestJS, and MongoDB, along with a strong background in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade software solutions. Key Responsibilities : Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot), NestJS, and MongoDB. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, architects, QA, DevOps) to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure high performance, availability, and security of applications across the stack. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, driving best practices in coding, testing, and design patterns. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services where needed. Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term platform improvements. Required Skills & Experience : 12- 15+ years of professional software engineering experience. 10+ years of experience with Java, including Spring Boot framework. 8+ years of experience with NestJS (TypeScript/Node.js ecosystem). 8+ years of experience with MongoDB (schema design, aggregation pipelines, performance tuning). Strong background in REST API design, microservices, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud environments (AWS, P, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment is highly desirable. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, test-driven development (TDD), and DevOps best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with GraphQL and API gateways. Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue) for full-stack exposure.
