Omnichannel for Customer Service (Dynamics 365)

Understanding of Casino & gaming would be nice to have

'KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design , Development and testing of agent experience leveraging Dynamics 365 Omichannel for Customer Service

Configure various interaction channels such as SMS, Chat, Voice

Configure Agent scripts and macros based on the business requirements for diferent personas

Integrate omnichannel platform with Teams, PVA, SMS, 3rd party products for speech-to-text, voice prints

Design and define macros for various personas

PRIOR EXPERIENCE

3+ yrs of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Sales and Service

Hands on experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Omnichannel for Customer Service

Experience in configuring the unified outing and assigments

worked on configuration of channels such as SMS, Chat, Voice, Social

Experience in defining and configuring the Agent scripts, pre-chat /post-chat surveys

Experience in developing and maintaining macros

worked on integration with Teams, Power Virtual Agent
