We are seeking an experienced product professional with deep knowledge of FIX messaging and middle office allocation processes to join the Capital Markets Technology team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role in which you will help lead the migration of equities, futures, ions, and fixed income allocations into a single, cloud-hosted platform. Key Responsibilities Middle Office Platform Migration Drive migration of equities allocations from legacy OMS platforms to a centralized allocation engine, followed by futures, ions, and fixed income. Manage onboarding of clients across FIX, CTM, and SSCNet, including manual and electronic flows. FIX Connectivity & Data Mapping Own FIX message workflows across allocations, confirmations, and trade capture (35=J, P, AK, etc.). Perform message normalization and gap analysis (e.g., 4.2 to 4.4 standardization). Develop and maintain data mappings within internal functional programming frameworks. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in capital markets technology, with emphasis on FIX connectivity, OMS/middle office systems, and allocations. Deep understanding of FIX messaging across equities, ions, futures, and fixed income. Hands-on experience with allocation and confirmation flows, CTM/SSCNet, and client onboarding. Strong technical background with ability to perform functional programming, data mapping, and message translation (no heavy coding required). Prior experience working with Fidessa (USTP, CTP, GTP, etc.) or similar OMS platforms strongly preferred. Familiarity with Genesis or other modular middle office platforms a plus.
