The selected candidates will ensure web, mobile, and application designs meet accessibility standards and provide an inclusive digital experience. Required Qualifications Candidates must have: 10+ years of digital accessibility experience in designing for web accessibility standards and requirements (Section 508, WCAG 2.2 Level AA). 10+ years performing automated and manual accessibility testing using tools such as screen readers, text-to-speech, development tools, and color contrast validation tools. 10+ years of experience with web applications, including manual code inspection to ensure accessible design practices. 10+ years in web, mobile, and web application design, front-end development, and testing methodologies. Strong experience in designing patterns, design systems, user flows, wireframes, and prototyping.
