Required Skills - Must have: SAFe Scrum Master Certification - Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. - Experience: 8+ years of overall experience. 5+ years as a Scrum Master in the use of Lean, Agile SAFE methodologies. Proven success leading multiple Agile TECHNOLOGY FOCUSED teams to agile maturity and improved customer outcomes. - Seeking a technology focused (not processed focused) IT Scrum Master.
