Its a migration type program they are moving from their legacy system, which is Infor GHR to Oracle Cog/Team was handling the Oracle side of thing (which is fully staffed), but the Client was to manage the Infor side. The team needs to do 2 things: 1. Helps w/ source target mapping of client-side tables and work with Cognizant technical architect to come up with and 2nd to generate the HTL files from client side Technology & Tools: Which Infor GHR modules should they be most hands-on with (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, etc.) Looking at it across the board since entire data is moving over Although focus more on the Payroll aspect coz its gonna be the primary area of focus However, the data should be coming across all modules too w/ payroll as focus Any integrations or custom development (Infor ION, Infor Mongoose, APIs, etc.) theyll need to handle Not sure essentially team is looking to get some HTL files from Infor Whats the surrounding tech stack (e.g., ERP, HCM, middleware, reporting/BI tools) Not for this particular program Need some one: Functional standpoint that can work from the MetaData level and know how the source and target can work w/ Oracle PeopleSoft guys that are already staffed. Technical side: Takes that information, generates the needs and gives it in the required format to the team. Therell be multiple modules theyll need to work w/on.
