Support backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning. Track metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team capacity using Azure DevOps. Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices. Identify and remove impediments, escalating when needed. Serve as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders. Ensure risks, issues, and scope changes are communicated and managed. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies across projects. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development environments. Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and servant leadership principles. Tools: Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar Agile project management tools). Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and maintain high standards of documentation and deliverables. Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Other Tools: Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Preferred (Nice-to-Haves): Background in system modernization, legacy replacement, or consolidation projects. Familiarity with SRP water/flood irrigation systems or experience in the utility sector. Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS). Experience with third-party system integrations. Knowledge of Team Data Science Process (TDSP) in an Agile environment. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
