This expert-level role focuses on full lifecycle implementation, support, and configuration of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules within an S/4 HANA environment. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to align with specific business needs. Perform gap analysis and map business requirements to SAP functionality. Support full lifecycle implementation including design, testing, and deployment. Integrate SAP FICO with other modules (e.g., SD, MM, Ariba, Concur, Blackline, etc.). Utilize IDOCs and basic ABAP for debugging and technical support. Conduct configuration reviews and enforce fit-to-standard best practices. Lead resolution of incidents and software issues with root cause analysis. Create functional specifications, user documentation, and training materials. Collaborate cross-functionally with business and IT teams using Agile methodology. Lead team workflows and guide junior team members as needed. Required Qualifications 3 5 years of experience with SAP FICO full lifecycle implementations and support. Strong proficiency in SAP FI/CO configuration and customization. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and integration with other cloud-based tools. Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in Agile teams. Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and data migration. Experience with IDOCs and basic ABAP for debugging purposes. Strong communication skills and fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications SAP module certifications (e.g., FICO) preferred. Experience with Vertex, Fieldglass, Ariba, Concur, or Blackline. Background in software design principles and Agile/Scrum processes. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
