Title: BA/Process analyst Work Location: MUST be local to Chicago, as this position will report onsite at local NT office 3 days per week Visa: USC/GC only MOI: Video Project Overview: Several fee issues were identified over the last 18 months resulting in undercharging/overcharging clients resulting in many refunds, reversals and undercharges. In addition , there have been audit issues and prohibited transactions. These resources will work with the NT Fees team to look at the end to end process and optimize process, controls, and technology through the experience. This work is a cost avoidance opportunity to prevent further fee errors that In addition, by looking at the end to end process, we expect to take some of the friction out of the setup process that should help with time to first fee as well as partner efficiency. Benefits would be realize late 2023. Contractors Role: Process Analyst: Refines high-level ideas into actionable output; Leverages process design principles, to document detailed current state process and work with Product Owner and other business and technical teams to develop the optimized future state solution that can be handed off to the scrum team for delivery. Defines the high level impact of proposed solution on future users.
