This role partners with business lers and IT teams to deliver solutions that improve processes, enhance reporting, and align technology with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities L business process analysis and define system requirements. Manage and enhance ERP financials, project accounting, budgeting, and reporting tools. Drive system improvements, oversee change requests, and deliver reporting solutions. L projects from scope to delivery, ensuring budgets, schedules, and outcomes are met. Act as a liaison between IT and business lers, while mentoring team members. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. 7 to 10 years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation, or IT project management. Strong experience with Oracle E-Business(required), financial systems, and reporting and visual tools (Lync, Visio). Experience with UI Planner and MS Project. Experience with PowerPlant is a plus. Proficiency with SQL, data warehousing, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and lership skills.
