What We re Looking For: 3 5 years testing ERP/HCM/HRIS systems (Dayforce strongly preferred, but Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, etc. accepted). Strong HR/Payroll knowledge. Experience with integrations (APIs, flat files, payroll/benefits systems). SQL for data validation. Excellent communication skills. Preferred: QA certifications (ISTQB or similar). Experience with Agile and automation tools. Housing systems experience (Yardi, MRI, PHA).
