The ideal candidate will be passionate about building customer-centric solutions powered by machine learning, and will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate cutting-edge AI research into scalable, user-facing products.Responsibilities: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives in alignment with business goals. Deeply understand customer needs and pain points, and translate them into product requirements and user stories. Prioritize features and capabilities by balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value. Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to deliver AI-driven features from ideation to launch. Translate complex AI/ML concepts into simple, impactful product experiences for end users. Define success metrics, track adoption, and continuously improve product performance using data-driven insights. Stay on top of emerging AI/ML technologies and trends, and integrate them into product strategy where relevant. Work with UX and design teams to ensure intuitive and delightful product experiences. Act as the voice of the customer while balancing technical constraints and business priorities.Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML-driven products. Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, model lifecycle, and applications such as NLP, computer vision, personalization, or predictive analytics. Experience defining and launching successful data-driven or AI-powered products. Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML tools and platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or cloud-based ML services). Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution. Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.Preferred Skills: Experience with consumer-facing products powered by AI/ML personalization. Exposure to ethical AI, model explainability, and fairness practices. Strong business acumen with ability to evaluate trade-offs between customer value and technical complexity.
