Job Title: SALESFORCE FSL Developer

Duration: Starts on a minimum of 6-12 months contract (This will be extended next year)

Location: Fully Onsite in Jupiter FL

Must have a LinkedIn. Must have a FLORIDA ADDRESS

Interview mode is not yet discussed by the client - but could be through MS Teams.

What You'll Do

Lead Technical Development

Serve as the technical lead for FSL projects, architecting scalable solutions for utility operations like meter installations, inspections, and emergency response.

Collaborate with business analysts and operations teams to translate complex requirements into technical designs that align with industry best practices.

Build and Customize

Configure and customize FSL components, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, and Mobile Flows, to fit utility-specific use cases.

Develop custom logic for crew scheduling, asset tracking, and outage management using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Integrate Salesforce with key enterprise systems like GIS, Outage Management Systems (OMS), and ERP platforms.

Ensure Quality and Best Practices

Establish and maintain development standards, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Conduct code reviews to ensure the performance, security, and scalability of our FSL applications.

imize mobile experiences for field technicians who often work in remote or offline environments.

Collaborate and Mentor

Partner with our field operations, IT, and customer service teams to ensure our solutions meet their needs.

Provide mentorship to junior developers and support staff.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL deployments and integrations.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on Field Service Lightning in a utilities context.

Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience with utility-specific systems such as GIS, SCADA, OMS, or AMI.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards within the utilities industry.

Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, crew dispatching, and outage restoration workflows.

Salesforce certifications such as FSL Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
