This is a position with the State of CA, Judicial Council of CA. Looking for local candidates only as the client is requesting one (1) day onsite per week. Description is attached. This position requires strong technical and analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities Reengineer data loading, cleaning, and mapping processes for statistical and operational datasets. Create and maintain technical and non-technical documentation of datasets. Provide data analysis, validation, and visualization support across multiple platforms. Recommend enhancements to data auditing and quality control processes. Develop and implement policies and processes for data management. Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools. Support testing protocols for data and system quality. Deliver regular project status reports and updates. Required Qualifications Strong technical project management and documentation skills. Ability to analyze system documentation and recommend solutions. Proven experience managing technical projects, including conflict resolution, issue escalation, status reporting, and resource management. Hands-on experience creating and executing data mappings and scripts to clean, compile, and analyze data. Experience developing and implementing testing protocols for data and system quality. Proficiency with R, SQL, and Stata. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Excellent oral, written, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to lead technical discussions with both technical and non-technical staff. Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Desired Qualifications Understanding of courtroom operations and workflow. Experience working in a government or public sector environment. Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver executive summaries. Exposure to cloud computing concepts. Project Title: | Assigned Personnel to provide analytic and validation support for the Judicial Branchs data analytics program. | Summary of Work[PL1] | This position will support Judicial Branch data analytics initiatives by providing key project management, analytic, and data validation support to branch data collection programs.
