Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers. Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments with high availability. Monitor and optimize network performance using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or equivalent. Implement and support routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS). Work with firewalls, load balancers, and VPN solutions for secure access. Collaborate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and upgrades. Participate in network design, migration, and implementation projects. Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards (ACLs, IPS/IDS, NAC). Maintain documentation of network topology, configurations, and procedures.
