The engineer will manage instrument databases, lead root cause analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, compliance, and data integrity. Reliability & Methods Engineer job responsibilities include: Instrument database management and integrity (ProCal, Blue Mountain, or similar CMMS experience preferred) Root cause analysis, risk management, and corrective actions for instrumentation failures Support of calibration, deviation investigations, and lifecycle assessments Technical guidance for instrument technicians and end users Collaboration with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure reliable instrumentation availability Desired Qualifications: BS in engineering or science (or equivalent relevant experience) 35 years of related experience, ideally in biotech or pharmaceutical environments Familiarity with CMMS platforms (ProCal, Blue Mountain, SAP, or similar) Strong understanding of metrology best practices and instrumentation calibration (pressure, temperature, weight, flow, conductivity, etc.) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Thanks and Regards Akash kumar Technical recruiter | Convex Tech Inc.
