The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to deliver insightful, high-performance BI solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets that meet business requirements. Build efficient data models, ensuring data accuracy, relationships, and performance optimization. Write complex DAX calculations and Power Query transformations for advanced analytics. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements. Implement row-level security (RLS) and other data governance best practices. Optimize reports for speed, scalability, and usability. Document data models, processes, and report logic for long-term maintainability. Required Qualifications Experience: 68 years in BI development, with at least 3+ years focused on Power BI. Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), and SQL. Hands-on experience connecting Power BI to diverse data sources (e.g., SQL Server, Azure, cloud data lakes). Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, star/snowflake schemas, and performance tuning. Ability to translate complex business needs into user-friendly visualizations. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Synapse, Data Lake). Experience with Power BI administration, including workspace management and deployment pipelines. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
