Job Title: IT Strategy Leader Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Implementation Partner - HCL America Job Summary: The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of programs across various business units. As a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, the individual will be accountable for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and maximizing the value of the product. These roles require strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead the planning and execution of programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives 2. Define and communicate the product vision to the development teams 3. Conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve program and product performance 6. Experience in product management and ownership 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to lead and influence cross functional teams 5.
