Requirements :

Bachelors degree

Strong knowledge/ experience with Google IVR platform (need Google IVR specific experience - other platforms will not work)

Consulting experience a plus - but at a minimum very strong communication skills

Google IVR -Interactive Voice Response - Channel blending support multimodal engagement across apps, digital touch points and modalities (mobile applications, website, phone, email, SMS over IVR and chat) with preserved context between touch points.
