Two interview rounds (45 minutes each, video). Interviews typically held during U.S. mornings due to HM travel. We are looking for a product owner for our newly built enterprise and client platforms. These roles can be based in: Lake Mary, FL, or Pittsburgh, PA HYBRID. The ideal candidate will have significant financial services experience within the banking industry, with a focus on one or more of the following disciplines: Data Product - Expertise in data and analytics Digital Product - Expertise in digital platforms (web, mobile, etc) Technical Product Expertise in technical platforms Financial Product Expertise in investment banking, lending, payments, etc Experience/Service Expertise in client journeys, channels, services Key Responsibilities Lead client onboarding initiatives and process transformation projects. Map and analyze business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, and cross-functional teams. Interpret and work with data to support decision-making. Support testing, implementation rollouts, and user adoption of new features. Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation through delivery. Preferred Skills & Experience Strong background in financial services, especially KYC and client onboarding. Experience with process mapping (Signavio, iGrafx a plus). Familiarity with JIRA and agile/scrum environments. Data literacy and ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong communication, initiative, and collaboration skills. Familiarity with AI environments is beneficial.
