Project Overview: Sacramento County is undertaking a major digital transformation initiative to migrate all public-facing internet sites from an on-premises SharePoint environment to a cloud-hosted Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. This role is critical to accelerating the migration process and ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and organize the migration of multiple County websites to the AEM platform. Serve as the primary liaison between the IT team and site owners across departments. Guide site owners in reviewing, cleaning, and organizing existing content for migration. Assist in the development of intuitive site navigation structures and menu hierarchies. Provide training, support, and hands-on assistance with content migration tasks. Perform quality assurance checks on migrated sites to ensure: Content completeness compared to original sites Functional links and navigation Correct spelling and formatting Document processes and provide feedback to improve migration workflows. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role in website/content migration projects. Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), preferably Adobe Experience Manager. Familiarity with SharePoint environments and content structures. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project coordination abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and user experience.
