The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between stakeholders, business teams, and development teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires expertise in requirement gathering, backlog management, Agile/Scrum practices, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities Act as Product Owner in Agile teams, managing the product backlog and defining clear user stories with acceptance criteria. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for technical teams. Work closely with developers, QA, and UX/UI teams to ensure smooth execution of sprint goals. Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning business priorities with delivery schedules. Serve as the main point of contact for requirement clarifications and product decisions during development. Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for new requests and enhancements. Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups. Track and report product progress, KPIs, and business value delivery. Ensure product compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role. Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Experience in requirement elicitation, user story writing, and backlog management. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex business needs into simple, actionable requirements.
