LINKEDIN MUST Type: 6-month Contract-to-Hire About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Product Owner to support enterprise platforms in the lending and deal management space. This role is highly tactical, embedded directly with development teams, where youll drive backlog management, build user stories, and help deliver enterprise solutions that shape future-forward strategy. Unlike many contract roles that focus on maintaining existing products, this is an opportunity to help build something new and apply creativity to define the future state. Key Responsibilities Manage planning and delivery by translating objectives into Epics, Features, and User Stories. Build and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value. Partner cross-functionally to drive product objectives, resolve dependencies, and deliver outcomes that meet customer needs. Facilitate PI planning and Agile ceremonies within the SAFe framework, collaborating closely with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvements in both product function and experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while supporting product launches. What Were Looking For 3+ years of Product Owner experience in Agile/SAFe environments. Proven expertise in backlog management and translating strategy into actionable work. Strong knowledge of Agile practices and hands-on delivery within development teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical conversations. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with ServiceNow. Preferred Qualifications Background in B2B software solutions or building internal toolsets.
