Quality Engineering Strategy Define and evolve organization-wide shift-left quality engineering strategies. Architect scalable test automation and quality monitoring frameworks across platforms. Performance Engineering Lead performance initiatives including load modeling, diagnostics, and optimization. Soft Skills Hands-on leader who can guide the team and also complete tasks directly. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across offshore, nearshore, and onsite teams. Project Supported Enhancement project in the Next Gen POS / Pickup Order domain. Team Details Distributed team: Offshore, Nearshore, and BTC members.
