This role offers hands-on experience in planning, executing, and delivering IT projects within a dynamic environment. SAP Certified Technology Associate (S/4HANA) is preferred, along with direct experience in S/4HANA implementations. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets; define scope, goals, and deliverables with senior PMs; coordinate activities to ensure timely completion. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership; prepare project status reports and presentations; help identify and manage risks and issues. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation (minutes, action items, artifacts); generate and distribute reports; contribute to lessons-learned documentation. Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align with project goals; support team members in task execution and problem-solving; foster a collaborative environment. Quality Assurance: Monitor deliverables to meet quality standards; participate in project reviews and audits. SAP Transformation Support: Partner with senior PMs to understand program objectives and milestones; help coordinate SAP system integration activities and related implementations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. Strong interest in project management and SAP technologies. Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Basic understanding of project management methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Preferred: SAP Certified Technology Associate (S/4HANA). Project management certification (CAPM, PMP) or prior IT/project management experience. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems. Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
