Key Responsibilities: Conduct performance analysis, testing, and tuning across complex systems. Develop performance simulators using Java, PL/SQL, and Python to generate load. Utilize tools such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics for diagnostics and monitoring. Perform advanced performance analysis, including system metrics, thread dumps, and heap dump reviews. Work with various middleware and data stores (message queues, relational and non-relational databases, caches, stream/batch processing). Monitor and imize Linux operating systems for performance and resource usage. Support and imize AWS cloud services environments (preferred). Tune Java application servers and JVM settings (heap size, garbage collection). imize database queries and analyze performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with Agile teams and integrate performance engineering into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and source control tools. Use log ingestion and analysis tools such as Splunk for troubleshooting. Required Experience & Skills: 5+ years in IT with proven performance engineering expertise. Strong skills in Java, PL/SQL, Python, and load generation tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, or custom). Familiarity with JMS or MQ. Experience with Linux performance monitoring and measurement. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex performance issues.
