Heres is some good questions to ask: Actual situations where you had to challenge a peer. Actual situations where you had to challenge a leader. What is a container registry Mostly how they will interact with leaders and put out documents to influence a right decision. Discussing what the strategy should be in the application and the enterprise architecture knowledge. Soft skill stuff is where we are missing (LEADERSHIP). Heres how the job is structured: 75% thought leader/Difficult conversations / influence others 25% knowledge around architecture the tooling - she does not care to much about the applications and No thin Skin needs someone who does more of the logical architecture and the strategy they are going after. Required Tech/Experience (Manager wont consider candidates without the following): Strong understanding of public cloud infrastructure and infrastructure as code Experience influencing, guiding, and facilitating discussions with stakeholders and peers to build consensus among groups or individuals with diverse interests Experience in coaching and mentoring leaders Experience developing technology strategy Proven experience architecting cloud-native solutions deployed in edge and/or cloud environments Extensive experience architecting solutions using decoupled and modern architecture Demonstrated understanding of domain-driven design and integration practices Capable of building leaders!! Preferred Tech/Experience (Not required, but moves the candidate to the top of the list): Finance, Procurement and Environmental Health & Safety domain knowledge Job Description: Enterprise Architect Capabilities Clients Enterprise Architecture team is seeking an Enterprise Architect to analyze, plan, organize, and lead technical strategy for our Capabilities IT team that supports business capabilities including Finance, Procurement and Environmental Health & Safety. You will collaborate with Solution Architects, other Enterprise Architects, and business and IT leadership to develop application and integration strategy that aligns to our business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in application and ecosystem architecture including both custom and 3rd party applications, dealing with large scale enterprise complexity, developing technology strategy, leadership experience and IT experience supporting one or more of the Capabilities business areas.
